Get to Know Us

Eager Park Partners is a combination of two minority owned firms, Charm City Buyers and Mayson-Dixon Properties & Development.

Charm City Buyers is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated, minority and woman lead real estate development and education firm headquartered in Baltimore City. Since our

first project ten years ago, we have maintained a commitment to quality, integrity, positive community impact, and excellence.

Mayson-Dixon Properties & Development is a minority-owned community developer and general contractor for both commercial and residential projects. We develop properties and invest in communities to create meaningful opportunities for local residents.

Together the Eager Park Partners' team will work in tandem with Habitat for Humanity, a national

housing builder, and several others to successfully build several townhomes in Eager Park.
